Chuck Cooper, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Cooper has over 20 years of software development experience in the accounting and financial service industries. He has led the development of several award-winning applications for leading software companies including Borland, Great Plains (currently Microsoft), Niku (now Computer Associates), Sage, Geac, and Platinum Software (currently Epicor Software). Prior to joining Paylocity, Mr. Cooper was an Enterprise Architect for Washington Mutual.

Mr. Cooper has led the development of WebPay, the advanced web-based payroll and human resource solution that is the company's flagship product. Mr. Cooper has expanded the Paylocity development team from a handful of programmers to a thriving team of over 25 people.

Mr. Cooper holds bachelor degrees in Economics and Development Studies from University of California - Berkeley.
