Position Overview: 

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior B2B Marketing Leader to oversee and drive the integrated marketing efforts across our organization. This role reports into the Head of Marketing & Sales strategy. The Sr. Director, Corporate & Field Marketing will be responsible for leading multiple functions including Communications, Campaigns, Brand, Sponsorships and Creative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive B2B SaaS marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive lead generation, and support business growth objectives. 



Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall marketing campaigns strategy aligned with business goals and market trends. 
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals.  
  • Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that leverage events, digital channels, PR, and social media to drive awareness and demand. 
  • Brand & Creative Management: Ensure consistency in messaging, voice, and visual identity across all marketing initiatives and channels. 
  • Marketing Communications: Provide strategic leadership and vision for the overall marketing communications strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving innovation in campaign development and execution. 
  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Lead the cross-functional development and implementation of omnichannel marketing campaigns, integrating digital, social media, traditional advertising, and experiential marketing to deliver cohesive and personalized brand experiences across all customer touchpoints. 
  • Budget Management: Responsible for the budget allocation and optimization across different channels and initiatives. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with counterparts across marketing and cross-functional leaders in sales, product management, finance, service and other key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 
  • Proven experience 15+ years in a senior marketing leadership role in a B2B environment. 
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies, channels, and best practices. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth. 
  • Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional marketing teams. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and ability to innovate and lead change

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $160,000-$270,000yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
