Position overview:

The Learning & Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Talent Management Operations team and the broader L&D department. As part of the operations team, the coordinator assists with the daily business activities of various teams, including Client Training, Operations Training, Sales Training, and Organizational Learning. Additionally, the Coordinator contributes to the department's overall initiatives. This role involves a range of administrative tasks, such as managing and maintaining databases, scheduling training sessions across the organization, and communicating with participants.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling/routing training emails for internal and external clients.
  • Responsible for managing intake of all scheduling requests.
  • Accountable for coordinating, scheduling and maintaining all training events for new, dedicated, Internal and Client Trainers. 
  • Assist in the daily active management of the training calendar including entering new course schedules and/or managing cancellations, as necessary.
  • Assists with daily reporting needs for Talent Management.
  • Event and meeting planning assistance for Talent Management as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Two or more years’ administration experience
  • L&D Coordinator experience strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills 
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to deal with internal and external customers in a tactful and courteous manner
  • Organization skills is a must; be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally  
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet established deadlines 
  • Proficient in Windows XP, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excel skills including spreadsheets, formulas, etc. preferred
  • PowerPoint skills including presentations, graphic use, template set-up, etc. preferred

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $34,400 - $48,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
