Position Overview
The Sales Support Analyst will be joining a very ambitious and competitive salesforce comprised of remote outside sales representatives and leaders directly supporting the Regional leadership team. Candidates will be able to work independently with varying levels of supervision and execute with a high level of confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will be an independent worker with a strong sense of initiative, creativity, time management and organizational skills. Tasks will be a mix of data coordination, event coordination as well as having a creative edge in sharing Paylocity Sales success both inside and outside of the company. Being intuitive to needs and operating with a high level of maturity and critical thinking skills will be crucial to achieving success in this role. The Sales Support Analyst will work with the Sales leadership team to review current processes and analyze data to identify areas of improvement, propose changes, and work with the appropriate team to implement the changes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ability to support multiple Sr. Sales leaders and extended leadership team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Continually review and analyze data and business information from various daily activities and projects
  • Will assist in creation and execution of various employee recognition programs
  • Will identify patterns and trends that can help create and improve processes or identify areas of focus
  • Must be able to build internal partnerships and navigate through multiple functions of the business
  • Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Will develop PowerPoint presentations for regional and executive meetings
  • Will produce weekly sales package with up-to-date results regarding activity, referral partners, and revenue
  • Will plan local, regional, and national events that may require venue selection, travel coordination, event coordination, development of an agenda, etc.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires


Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of sales administrative support experience preferred ?
  • Degree, preferred
  • Advanced ability with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Accuracy and autonomy in work
  • Ability to work within tight timelines and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred)
  • Data driven
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Finance software (i.e. Oracle, Xactly)
  • <25% travel

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $102,200 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
