Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Solutions and Client Consulting to join our dynamic team at a leading SaaS software development company. As a company that specializes in creating Human Capital Management Software for the modern workforce, we provide innovative solutions to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our solutions team and providing exceptional consulting services to our clients.

  • As a leader of leaders, set the strategic direction and ensure the successful delivery of programs and product demonstrations
  • Guide and support teams in providing top-notch consulting services, helping clients make the most of our Human Capital Management Software.
  • Work closely with teams to understand client needs, ensuring they create practical, customized solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
  • Set the tone for building meaningful client relationships, equipping teams to engage with stakeholders in ways that foster trust and long-term success.
  • Foster strong relationships with the product organization, gaining and sharing depth of knowledge and insights to continually improve our product portfolio
  • Establish and maintain a routines that continually improve leaders and individual contributors across the team, establishing and managing to performance standards
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our solutions and consulting services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our software and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts and contribute to the company's growth.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS software development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management Software and its applications in the modern workforce.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional consulting and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $129,700 - $240,900 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
