The Business Analyst serves as a vital link between business needs and IT solutions provided by the Corporate Infrastructure team. This role involves establishing effective program management processes and routines, overseeing projects of varying sizes, and ensuring that stakeholder requirements are collected, analyzed, and prioritized efficiently.

During the first six months, you will:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize business needs.
  • Establish and maintain program management routines that enhance communication and efficiency.
  • Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in new work intake processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in Agile project management practices, leading project check-ins and stakeholder meetings.
  • Build and maintain team project roadmaps, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Prioritize project backlogs based on business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Engage in vendor meetings to assess capabilities and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Research and analyze industry trends and best practices to inform project strategies.
  • Visualize project data, metrics, and KPIs to track progress and outcomes.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven interpersonal abilities.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and managing IT programs at scale.
  • Functional knowledge of technology concepts, including networking, databases, servers, cloud services, and APIs.
  • Proficient in project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Five9 and ServiceNow.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Certified ScrumMaster).
  • Experience analyzing user surveys or feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $63k - $117k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
