 As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need. 

With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities. 

The TPA Spending Accounts Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and growth of our spending account and COBRA services, including flexible spending accounts (FSAs), health savings accounts (HSAs), and other related products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the TPA landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct and coach your TPA sales staff to meet business objectives. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for spending account/COBRA products with your direct reports.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with employers through AE/Sales Leadership engagement, brokers, and third-party partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Implementation/Service/Marketing/Finance, etc.) and clients to ensure customer satisfaction, sales growth attainment and client retention.
  • One on one weekly with each member of your team with an outline of what will be covered during this time.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives on product offerings and sales techniques.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and retain top talent, and ensure full headcount is executed
  • Assist in the selling process whenever needed.  

 Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the TPA, benefits administration, or healthcare industry.
  • 2+ years proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force 
  • Strong understanding of spending accounts, employee benefits, and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Paylocity’s CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position $90,900 - $168,700/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan and offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
