We are seeking a strategic and results-driven consultant for our Go-To-Solutions Consulting function. Your expertise will guide the teams to ensure our sales, solutions consulting, and customer-facing teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and systems they need to execute on GTM strategies and drive revenue growth. Specifically, you will lead the deployment of an enablement program and onboarding of new platform for the solutions consulting organization.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Guide the Solutions Consulting team in providing tailored, high-impact solutions to customers, ensuring alignment with the sales process.
  • Equip Solutions Consultants with the tools and competitive insights needed to effectively engage customers and drive sales success.
  • Oversee final selection and contracting with demo automation software
  • Work with GTM teams to design and deploy implementation of demo automation software
  • Design and oversee training plan for GTM teams, beginning with Solutions Consulting

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, solutions consulting, and/or learning & development, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
  • Experience leading solutions consulting teams and developing scalable learning & development programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging analytics to optimize GTM strategies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to move around the office and interact with colleagues as needed.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds as needed (e.g., moving office supplies or small packages).

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $75 - $175/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
