Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HCM Account Executive II – International to join our dynamic team at a leading SaaS software development company. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the international arena. Your primary focus will be on selling our cutting-edge Human Capital Management (HCM) Software to meet the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

Reports To: Director of Sales

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in international markets. 
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations to understand their HCM software requirements and present tailored solutions. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance our HCM software offerings. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value and benefits of our software solutions. 
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. 
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM software. 
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to HCM software and share knowledge with the team.

 Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, a related field or 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience. 
  • Proven track record of success in selling HCM software or related solutions in international markets. 
  • Strong understanding of Human Capital Management concepts and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our software to potential clients. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. 
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and track performance. 
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.

The pay range for this position is $50,900 - $94,500/yr ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan, annual bonus, and restricted stock until grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
