Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.


Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medallia Administrator to join our Client Experience Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Experience and administration of the Medallia tool. This role requires a proactive individual who takes ownership of their projects and serves as the go-to expert for all Medallia administration tasks, including lending thought-leadership across organizations on how to best leverage the platform.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the Medallia platform to support the Client Experience Team's initiatives. Lead and execute projects related to client feedback and experience improvements using Medallia.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on Medallia-related tasks and issues. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Medallia platform. Collaborate with the IT team on Salesforce integration, and workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices in customer experience management and feedback analysis.
  • Develop training materials and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on data analysis best practices and platform functionalities.  
  • Serve as a key technical lead or support on client experience initiatives, ensuring program execution aligns with Medallia configurations and best practices.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with both internal teams and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and enhancing program success, work directly with the vendor in conjunction with Enterprise Apps team.

Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience and Medallia administration - including configuration for surveys, dashboard development and text analytics programming
  • Strong fluency with platform, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate environment, preferably within the Enterprise Software industry
  • Excellent communication skills - understands and can adapt to the differences in communication styles to influence and drive results.
  • Expert product administrator skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize, while delivering within deadlines is essential.
  • An early adopter of new technology and system enhancements
  • Collaborate in a team environment - can lead cross-functional meetings, while promoting inclusion and diversity
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage change successfully, and pivot when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCXP, PMP or Net Promoter Certified
  • Medallia certification

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
