Position Overview:
As a Sr. Leadership Facilitator and Performance Coach, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performance culture within our organization. In this role, you will blend your senior level training and facilitation, coaching, and leadership expertise with your passion for developing others to empower and elevate the performance of our leaders by delivering targeted leader training programs, building and leading custom interventions, providing small group and 1:1 coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Conduct group training sessions with Paylocity Leaders and Senior Leaders to enhance overall team performance.
- Implement training programs focused on Paylocity’s leadership expectations.
- Conduct small group and 1:1 coaching sessions with leaders as assigned.
- Reinforce strategies that align to individual performance goals and make recommendations to drive continued improvement and development.
- Architect and design custom interventions/learning sessions.
- Demonstrate strong facilitation and presentation skills – including to executives- to engage and challenge Paylocity Leaders, transfer knowledge, and build their coaching and leadership skills.
- Track assigned leader performance metrics and key performance indicators during coaching period.
- Stay current on leadership and coaching trends to have an informed perspective on best-in-class and next-in-class.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Paylocity client lifecycle, products, company strategies, departmental goals, and key goals/metrics that are relevant to the role of Paylocity Leaders to ensure relevancy of coaching and training sessions.
- Operate in a matrixed leadership structure with multi stakeholders and collaborative problem solving.
- Identify trends, areas for improvement, and individual/team achievements based on performance analysis and input from the coachee, their leader, and their peers/partners/direct reports.
- Implement motivational strategies to inspire leaders you are coaching or working with to reach and exceed targets.
- Use feedback from cross-functional team members to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance on how to learn, model, and coach best practices in common leadership areas such coaching and feedback, change and transformation, partnership and collaboration, presence and self-awareness, communication and listening, and fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within Paylocity Leaders.
- Provide regular feedback and performance assessments for all groups or individuals you are coaching or working with, and include their direct manager in the feedback process.
- Boost team morale through positive reinforcement and recognition of achievements.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance the overall effectiveness of Paylocity Leaders.
- Partner with Business leaders, Talent Management Leaders, and HR Business Partners to identify leadership needs and align solutions.
- Design and develop custom sessions for leaders on your own and at times in partnership with instructional design teams.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of the learning experience and enablement tools by offering relevant scenarios, case studies, and best practices identified working with leaders.
- Monitor leader progress towards goals and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Share relevant information with HR leadership team to keep them informed.
- Develop and maintain a network of Business Leader partnerships to identify key performance and skills/knowledge gaps to architect innovative learning and performance solutions.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of demonstrated success in learning and development, facilitation, coaching
- 5+ years success in People Leadership managing others required.
- Advanced knowledge of/experience in applying learning theories, needs analysis, learning strategy, and principles including adult learning theory.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Psychology strongly preferred.
- ICF coaching accreditation strongly preferred (ACC/PCC).
- Experience as a coach/executive coach strongly preferred.
- Some travel required dependent on location.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $105,000- $145,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
