Position Overview:
The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will play a critical role in driving critical programs and initiatives that enhance organizational capabilities to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging organizational effectiveness principles, including leadership development, employee engagement, culture transformation and change management methodologies, and is a collaborative partner with experience supporting and executing programs that align company culture and business strategy
This role specifically focuses on maintaining and executing programs in support of our overall Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) strategies, including employee listening, performance success, leadership expectations (competencies), coaching/executive coaching, and leadership 360s/assessments. As new programs are needed, this role will partner closely with the Sr. Manager of OE Design and Program Manager of Organizational Learning to support the design and build of these programs. Additionally, this role will support and enable HRBPs, Business Leaders, and business initiative owners to implement effective change management practices to support project/program goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and lead the execution of organizational effectiveness programs that align people, processes, and structures with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess organizational health and recommend solutions to enhance performance, engagement, and culture.
- Partner across HR/OE teams to create and maintain programs to enable leaders to drive employee engagement and foster a high-performing and inclusive culture.
- Align programs with the organization’s goals, values, and strategic priorities to drive measurable impact.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously assess and improve program effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted partner to business and HR leaders, providing insights on change strategies and organizational effectiveness practices.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to engage stakeholders and gather voice of the customer.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners to ensure alignment and program success.
- Collect and analyze data to support tracking success metrics for change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Analyze feedback and data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Share best practices, tools, and resources to build internal capabilities.
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of organizational initiatives, policies, and systems.
- Partner with project teams and leadership to assess change impacts and implement targeted communication, training, and support plans.
- Build organizational resilience by leading learning sessions for leaders and teams to support them in navigating and embracing change.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support multiple, concurrent organizational projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to drive project outcomes and resolve challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in organizational development, HR, or related roles, with a proven track record supporting and managing scalable OE programs and change management initiatives with measurable impact.
- High data fluency, including the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of and experience working with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools.
- Experience implementing organizational initiatives that drive engagement and performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels, influencing and managing stakeholders effectively.
- Advanced time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $60,000- $85,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
