We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of AI Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our AI product portfolio. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering value to our customers and stakeholders. As a senior leader, you will collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure the successful outcomes of AI-driven solutions that align with our business goals and customer needs. You will be the primary lead in advocacy for AI and ML across the Paylocity product portfolio, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Operations, and Marketing leaders to ensure proliferation of AI technologies across all of Paylocity.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business management or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in AI/machine learning-focused roles, in the tech industry.
- 5+ years of leading Product Management teams, preferably with demonstrable growth in each role
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. This includes working knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy and compliance.
- Deep understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and AI model deployment.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful SaaS based products from introduction to retirement, specifically AI/ML products.
- Solid interpersonal and communication, and collaboration skills with proven ability to work across the organization with a one-team mindset
- A proven track record of defining outcome orientated business goals and then delivering on those goals to drive profitable growth.
- Establish key, customer outcome focused, metrics to measure and define success
- Hands-on knowledge of agile product practices and prevalent best practices including product briefs, competitive analysis, product usage analytics, user segmentation, and prioritization.
- Possess a blend of business to have a big-picture vision as well as the drive and attention to detail that transforms strategy into action.
- Experience in the HCM industry a plus, but not required

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
