Overthinking what you write and how you write in reviews is a worry of the past.

Leverage insights on estimated hours to make key scheduling decisions

Empower managers with new insights to make informed decisions around staffing and coverage needs up to 4 weeks in advance. Based on your historical punch data, Paylocity can now surface estimated hours required for future workdays to help plan coverage and staffing.

Target specific groups or individuals in Workflows with new launch filters

Easily assign workflows to individuals or specific groups of employees by using extensive launch filters in the Workflows and Approvals dashboard. You can even track progress of those workflows! For example, if you need a form signed by employees from a specific work location, easily select a location filter to identify the group of employees from the location needed and then simply click launch.
