Her goal is to help others understand the value of lean processes in the HR space. In addition to her work commitments, Melissa also severs on the board for Prosper Ladies Association, a 501(c)3 supporting underprivileged children in the Prosper school district. Melissa also serves as a member on the events committee at her company’s women’s employee resource group.
