February 2025 releases: AI Assistant in Mobile, Apple Watch punch, updated schedule report page, and more.

Leading this technology advancement, Paylocity introduced exciting updates in February that enhance both mobile and AI experiences. These innovations provide you with smarter, more intuitive tools, streamlining workforce management and boosting efficiency and accuracy across your Paylocity experience.

Enhance productivity and provide tailored support with new Mobile and AI capabilities

Improve your service support and get the help you need faster with new web-to-case AI functionality. If you are an admin and initially can’t find the answer you are looking for, this connection allows you to create cases for the service team directly in our AI Assistant.

And now you can boost efficiency by receiving instant, tailored support with AI Assistant in Mobile! Admins can ask a product-related question, and our AI Assistant will pull answers directly from PEAK, complete with relevant resources.  

Additionally, employees can now punch in and out on their Apple watch, decreasing employee missed punches and ensuring accurate payroll processing. This new feature simplifies time tracking for busy, on-the-go employees.  

Gain deeper insights with Employee Voice 

Pinpoint trends for improvement at both a granular and broader level with new Employee Voice heat map functionality. Easily view scores based on supervisors' direct reports or expand the scope to include indirect reports as well. By drilling down into these results, you can better understand engagement and performance within your immediate teams while also gaining a clearer picture of your extended organizational structure.

Easily manage announcements and improve engagement in Community 

You can now easily create, edit, and delete custom Community announcement templates and save new ones directly to your template library for quick access – even on the Paylocity Mobile App!

Seamlessly schedule reports to generate 

Experience improved usability with streamlined report scheduling. An enhanced search bar offers an option to filter by both name and owner to easily locate specific reports to include in the schedule. Flexible naming allows for customization and the option to opt out of auto generated names. When you select multiple reports to include in a schedule, you can easily remove all selected reports or delete individual reports for easy adjustments. And you can even use clickable report tags to display a list of all associated reports making it much easier to review the details.
