Optimize your training experience and save valuable time when you partner with Go1. Easily access and launch 95,000+ Go1 training courses directly within Paylocity’s Learning Management System – without switching between platforms. Additionally, training results charts now provide a visual representation of completion rates for both on-demand and instructor-led courses, offering you a quick and clear way to track employee progress over time.

Easily manage engagement in Employee Voice

Experience a setup wizard for Employee Voice that walks you through key steps like scheduling your first engagement survey, setting up an ongoing cadence, and even selecting participants. To ensure a smooth experience, surveys won’t launch until you complete this configuration within the Employee Experience dashboard — giving you full control over survey timing. Additionally, our new Survey management dashboard allows you to easily view, configure, and manage all employee journey surveys including onboarding, exit, and engagement as well as custom surveys.

Customize and tailor Recognition & Rewards to your company

Celebrate employee achievements like Employee Appreciation Month or Labor Day from an organizational level by giving Recognition & Rewards on behalf of your company. If you are an admin, easily choose to send recognition from your personal or company profile, broadening engagement across your organization. Additionally, you can now customize anniversary recognition dates, allowing you to choose whether it’s based on an employee’s hire date, rehire date, or adjusted seniority date.

Experience more dynamic, efficient, and audit-ready reporting

Explore powerful new insights and flexibility for your payroll and tax audits with our new code groups, company taxes, and ‘group rows only’ dynamic reports. The paycheck detail amounts by code groups report offers a comprehensive breakdown of all code groups, including deductions, earnings, and taxes (DETs). This report makes it easier than ever to audit and review active and inactive DET codes for integrations, government compliance, and self-audits. Additionally, the company taxes report consolidates all current and historical tax data at the company level, providing a single, streamlined view for audits and reviews. Finally, the ‘group rows only’ report allows you to generate reports without nested rows — ideal for vendor file exports and, if you prefer, a high-level grouped data summary.

A new integration is now available on Paylocity's Marketplace: Acumatica. Enable timely financial reporting and experience real-time access to payroll data with the Paylocity and Acumatica integration. Easily have your General Ledger data transfer automatically to Acumatica immediately after processing payroll in Paylocity.
